We started investing in houses about 8 years ago with my husband.
We bought our first house and while we lived in that house, we remodeled it nicely. Than, we sold it and bought the next one.
Unfortunately I had some bad experience with some agents.
I had some great experience with other agents. Their influence made me become a real estate agent.
